Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Mestro Web Solution Pvt Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Work Scope

Mestro Web Solution will offer the services specified in the contract or project agreement.

2. Payment Terms

A percentage or flat charge penalty will be applied to late payments. Payment is expected within 30 days of the invoice date.

3. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is obtained, Mestro Web Solution is the owner of all intellectual property rights.

4. Confidentiality

Mestro Web Solution will protect the privacy of customer data and information.

5. Warranties

Mestro Web Solution promises that services will be rendered with due care and expertise.

• There are no other guarantees, either implied or explicit.

6. Obligation

The amount or percentage of the project value is the limit of Mestro Web Solution's obligation. There is no responsibility for punitive, indirect, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Seven days' written notice may be given by either party to end the agreement.

• There can be termination costs.

8. Dispute Resolution

A dispute resolution procedure will be used to settle disagreements.

9. Governing Law

The laws that apply to this agreement will apply to the interpretation and application of these terms.

10. Entire Agreement

All previous discussions, understandings, and agreements are superseded by these terms, which make up the entire agreement.

11. Modifications

Mestro Web Solution may modify these terms by providing the client with written notice.
